Humanity is in a virtuous cycle, and it runs on human signal
The easy signal is already mined. What's left is the judgment no one has figured out how to grade: taste, reasoning, the call a specialist makes on instinct. Turn that into signal a model can learn from and the whole frontier moves with you. It's the most interesting unsolved problem we know. Join us.

Pareto began as an initiative to empower people through meaningful digital work. What started as a small bootcamp to train women and work-at-home mothers for remote jobs evolved into a global platform where expert knowledge drives the future of AI.
Founded by Phoebe Yao, a Thiel Fellow and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Pareto has always been rooted in care. When the pandemic hit, that early bootcamp became a virtual assistant startup. But it was conversations with veteran crowd workers and leading AI researchers that sparked a deeper vision: to transform how expert knowledge is captured, scaled, and integrated into the development of AI.
Today, Pareto is building the infrastructure for training the next generation of models—with humans at the center.
